This policy describes how the trendbite.eu/en/es site collects, uses and protects your personal data in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (the GDPR) and with Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales (LOPDGDD), Spain's data-protection act.

1. What data we collect
On trendbite.eu/en/es we collect only the minimum data needed to run the site:
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, operating system, screen resolution, browser language; processed automatically during your visit.
- Cookies — see section 4 below.
- E-mail address — only if you contact us at the address provided.
We do not collect special categories of data. The site requires no registration or login.
2. Why we use the data
We use the collected data only to:
- Ensure the correct operation and security of the site
- Analyse traffic and improve content (anonymised statistics)
- Answer your enquiries (if you contact us)
We do not process data for profiling, automated decision-making or direct marketing.
3. Sharing data with third parties
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared only with the following parties:
- Cloudflare Inc. — hosting and server infrastructure (CDN, Workers) and Cloudflare Web Analytics (anonymous, cookieless traffic measurement that processes no personal data). It processes data solely on our behalf.
- Google LLC — Google Fonts (typefaces) and the Google AdSense advertising service. For personalised ads, Google and its partners act as independent controllers (not processors). See section 5 below.
Data may also be disclosed to public authorities in cases provided for by law.
4. Cookies
Cookies are small text files saved in your browser during your visit. On trendbite.eu/en/es we use the following cookie categories:
Necessary cookies
Essential for the basic operation of the site (consent management, security, page rendering). They cannot be switched off, because without them the site would not work properly. They process no personal data for marketing purposes.
Analytics measurement
For traffic analysis we use Cloudflare Web Analytics — measurement is fully cookieless, stores no identifiers in your browser and processes no personal data. For this reason it requires no consent and uses no analytics cookies.
Functional cookies
Enable enhanced site features, such as embedded YouTube videos. They activate only after you give consent.
Advertising cookies
To display and measure ads through the Google AdSense service, Google and its partners may store cookies and data in your browser. These cookies activate only after you give consent in the consent panel. See section 5 for details.
Managing consent
On your first visit a consent panel appears (Google “Privacy & messaging”), where you decide whether to allow advertising cookies. You can change your decision at any time by clicking the “Cookie settings” button on the site. The consent panel controls advertising cookies only; analytics measurement is cookieless and requires no consent.
5. Advertising and Google AdSense
We display ads on the site through the Google AdSense service. For personalised ads, Google and its partners act as independent controllers. If you give consent in the consent panel, cookies and data may be stored in your browser to display and measure ads; without your consent, no advertising cookies are stored.
The data processed may include cookies and device identifiers, IP address and information about your interaction with ads. The purposes of processing are: ad personalisation, ad-performance measurement, and fraud prevention, frequency capping and security.
You can find the full list of advertising partners (IAB TCF vendors) under “Manage options” in the consent panel. Data may be transferred to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses (SCCs).

6. Legal basis for processing
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — advertising and functional cookies. You give consent through the consent panel and can withdraw it at any time.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — cookies necessary for the technical operation of the site and cookieless analytics measurement.
7. Data retention period
Aggregated cookieless analytics data (Cloudflare Web Analytics) is kept by the provider for the time needed for statistical evaluation. Cookies have an individual validity period as indicated above; the validity of advertising cookies is governed by Google's rules. We keep e-mail correspondence for the time needed to handle the enquiry, up to a maximum of 3 years.

Under the GDPR you have:
- Right of access — to learn what data we process about you
- Right to rectification — to request correction of inaccurate data
- Right to erasure — to request deletion of your data
- Right to restriction of processing — to request restriction in certain cases
- Right to object — to processing based on legitimate interest
- Right to withdraw consent — at any time, via the cookie-settings icon on the site
- Right to lodge a complaint — with the supervisory authority: Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), aepd.es
